Samples Making

1. Demand

Check the sample or the drawing which our customer supply.

2. Charge

Make sample, some molds are free, ohers are paid. Free or not depand on the product style, requirement and the quantity. If need to pay the mold charge, We will return the charge once the quantity enough.

3.Delivery of sample

usual sample 3-7 workdays; special sample need 7-12 workdays.

4.Confirm sample

Once sample is finished, We will send the sample and the confirmation letter to you. the sample and confirmation letter are triplicate. The customer, the QC department and productiom department each one. We will produce depend on the confirmed sample.

5.Sample Traceablity and validity

All the samples are given uniqiue serial number and saven specially.

Production

1.Confirm purchase order

All the proform invoice or sales contract need be signed. Then begin to produce.

2.Production period

Need 3 workdays/7 workdays/12 workdays/15 workdays/25 workdays according to the product and the quantity.

3.Manufacturing process control

The manufacturing process are controlled strictly. Any question, we will reply immediately.
